1. Overview
Giga BTC: Miner Tycoon is a mobile simulator app where users can start virtual mining sessions, collect virtual SETS, use boosts, play mini-games, view leaderboard rankings, and request simulated withdrawals.
The app is designed for entertainment only. Virtual SETS are not Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, money, securities, rewards with cash value, or financial assets.
2. Data We Collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
- First name and last name entered during sign up.
- Email address used for Firebase email/password authentication.
- Firebase user ID and account creation details.
- Virtual SETS balance and simulator progress.
- Mining session data such as session status, start time, end time, boost use, and collection history.
- Leaderboard data such as display name, virtual SETS balance, mining session count, and game reward count.
- Withdrawal simulator data such as virtual address, requested SETS amount, request status, approval/rejection status, and rejection reason.
- Help and support data such as feedback subject, feedback message, and support request details.
- Device, app, crash, diagnostic, advertising, or analytics information if we add analytics, crash reporting, Google AdMob, or similar services.
3. How We Use Data
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Save and restore your virtual SETS progress.
- Run simulator mining sessions and boosts.
- Display your balance, history, and leaderboard ranking.
- Process simulated withdrawal requests.
- Provide help, support, feedback handling, and app updates.
- Detect abuse, cheating, spam, or unauthorized access.
- Show ads, measure ad performance, and improve app experience if advertising is enabled.
- Comply with app store, legal, security, and policy requirements.
4. Firebase Services
We use Firebase services to power account login, cloud data, and app functionality.
- Firebase Authentication: used for email/password sign up and sign in.
- Cloud Firestore: used to store simulator account data, leaderboard data, feedback, admin flags, app flags, minimum withdrawal settings, and withdrawal simulator requests.
Firebase and Google may process data according to their own terms, privacy policies, and service settings.
5. Ads, AdMob & Tracking
The app may show ads in the future using Google AdMob or similar advertising providers. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent, region, platform settings, and applicable law.
Advertising services may process information such as:
- Advertising ID or similar device identifiers.
- Approximate location or region.
- App interactions and ad performance data.
- Device and network information.
- Consent choices where required.
On iOS, if tracking permission is required, the app may show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can choose whether to allow or deny tracking. On Android, you may control ad personalization through your Google settings where available.
6. Leaderboard Privacy
The leaderboard may show the top 100 virtual SETS miners and total user count. To protect privacy, we do not display Gmail or email addresses on the leaderboard.
The leaderboard may show:
- Display name.
- Masked miner ID.
- Virtual SETS balance.
- Mining session count.
- Game reward count.
7. Withdrawal Simulator
The withdrawal feature is a simulator. Users may enter any virtual address and submit a virtual SETS withdrawal request. These requests are for gameplay and entertainment only.
When a withdrawal request is submitted, the requested virtual SETS amount may be reserved or deducted from the user’s simulator balance. If an admin rejects the request, the app may refund the virtual SETS balance. If an admin approves the request, the balance remains deducted.
8. Notifications
The app may send local notifications to remind you when a virtual mining session is complete. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app data. However, no internet or cloud service is 100% secure.
You are responsible for keeping your account password safe. Do not share your login details with others.
11. Children
Giga BTC: Miner Tycoon is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law or app store rules. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
12. Your Choices & Rights
Depending on your country or region, you may have rights to:
- Access your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and related data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent for ads or tracking where applicable.
- Manage notifications through device settings.
13. Account Deletion
You can request account deletion inside the app from: Settings → Delete Account.
Account deletion may remove your Firebase account, local simulator progress, leaderboard profile, and related app data where technically possible. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or support history.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
